DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Job duties include but are not limited to the following: • Logistics - Manage a delivery of products to customers. This includes finding the best shipping methods and scheduling shipments of product. - Keep and track the precise records of all incoming and outgoing products. • Order process - Receiving orders and input into the system and print all the ordered list. - Make picking plan and picking list. • Inventory - Reconcile the physical inventory records with system. - Report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment • Customer service - Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries. - Handle and resolve customer complaints. QUALIFICATIONS • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experiences are required • Communication Skills • Bilingual in English and Korean • Negotiation Skills with Vendors • Ability and know how to deal with high stress communication • Teamwork oriented • Problem Solving skills • "Watch and Learn" skills • Attention to detail • Freezer Friendly • Moderate Computer Skills including Excel, Outlook • Related Field Experience Preferred but not Necessary.
