    Position Summary

     

              Manage customer research related projects in Customer Satisfaction Division 

      Collecting/ Analyzing Customer VOCs  to transform them into Market Sensing information that can be utilized for improving business  processes, product design and sales.

      Develop and Maintain Customer VOC Database. Need to work closely with Marketing/ Sales and GBM to define data requirements

              Assist in managing strategic planning department

     

    Common Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

            – Manage customer research projects

                      Plan and design customer researches for service, working closely with SEA MI

      (Customer satisfaction survey, competitor research, Customer day event)

                     ∙ Plan and Coordinate researches from beginning to end with a set timeline

                     ∙ Develop improvement plans and Service strategies based on findings from research

     

     Define Data requirements from  Marketing/Sales & GBM for Market Sensing

             ∙ Work with Marketing/Sales/ GBM to define data Requirements

             ∙  Analyze VOC data and develop a process to transform them into market

                sensing data

     

             –  Monthly summary Report

                     ∙ Cause & corrective action for Major issues

                      ( Service/ Quality/ New Product Concept/ Product)

     

             – Assist in managing strategic planning department

                    ∙ Manage special projects within CSD department

                    ∙ Coordination with HQ on join-projects and documentation

     

    Necessary Skills/ Attributes

             – Bachelor degree in engineering or business administration ( MBA is a plus)

             – Accounting or Business Admin or Process Innovation 

              ( Assistant manager: Min. 5+ years of experience/ Manager: Min 8+ years) 

             Strong documentation and presentation skill  (Both in Korean and English)

             –  Experience in  transforming unstructured information to structured concept

             – Well versed using Word, Excel, Windows, Email and other systems (BW, SAP)

            Experience leading internal/external staff and partners

            – Fluent verbal communication with local employees and HQ direction

            – Must have management and team working capability

            – Must be eligible to work in U.S.
