The coordinator supply technical machine specifications for customers as requested and assist in marketing materials as needed. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates delivery status with the customer and schedules the means of transportation. Facilitates, communicates and implements all sales administration efforts to satisfy customer requirements while maintaining company policy with internal contacts, including processing profoma invoices and documents to dealer, responding to inquiries on delivery status. Processing paperwork including debits, credits, returns, export request, commercial invoices, bill of lading, and etc Confirm deliveries on customer’s request. Communicate with HQ in Korea in Korean language to ensure that all aspects of orders are made on time with correct specification. May provide moderate technical information utilizing knowledge of the industry and products Acts as the intermediary between the customer and various internal departments to meet customers’ needs Other Duties and Responsibilities Completing reports on sales orders, purchase orders, per monthly target. Tracking of reports and make recommended adjustments as necessary to control inventory and anticipate variables which results in a change to plan and make immediate corrections through monthly analysis. Required Qualification - Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel. - Excellent written/verbal communication. - Fluency in Korea is a Must - Associate's degree or equivalent experience - Must be legally eligible to work in US. Additional Eligibility Qualifications - SAP experience preferred. - 2~5 years in CNC machine tool industry preferred - Strong problem solving skills required for success. - Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment. - Ability to work well with all departments.
