Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Location : Irvine, CA

Position Summary: The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for online store management, sales operational support, logistics tasks and analysis of sales performances of IRIVER Inc. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to understand and manage the multiple sales network structures and provide immediate support to some of the customer companies of IRIVER Inc., with data analysis reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following: Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:
▪ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to offer the company product information to its customers.
▪ Manage online store of IRIVER Inc., and product updates.
▪ Plan and execute the product showcase events with the team and present the products’ key features and benefits.
▪ Communicates with account customers regularly and provide necessary support after internal approval.
▪ Assist in preparation of sales and marketing documents.

Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:
▪ Must love engaged music listening
▪ Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
▪ Two to five years of experience in sales operations or product marketing

Skills and Abilities:
▪ Strong work ethic
▪ Strong continuous improvement
▪ Demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office programs
▪ Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
▪ Effective communicator with a customer-oriented manner
▪ Ability to work and make decisions independently with minimal supervision
▪ Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
▪ Digital music knowledge and strong curiosity on new technology preferred
▪ Must be able to lift 50+ lb
▪ Must be able to travel about 15% or more of work time
▪ Bilingual Korean preferred, not necessary
