• Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and       services.

•  Develops sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products,    and pricing.

•  Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.

•  Analyze and research the potential markets and competitors

•  Establish and maintain a strong relationship with customers/business partners

•  Perform outside sales to promote the products and services

•  Perform sales pitch/presentation to new customers

•  Participate in trade shows and promotional events

•  Develop sales strategies and implementation plans and develop new customers

•  Establish and evaluate sales objectives and results.

•  Implement distribution strategy within region.

•  Motivate sales staff to attain goals and objectives

•  Make sure that goals and objectives are met.

•  Generate monthly management reports on market situation.

Qualification and Skills

    –  5 + years of professional experience in sales & marketing

    – Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    – Minimum Bachelor degree required

    – Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task

    – Ability to schedule and keep items of the office and duties prioritized

    – Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic

    – Bilingual preferred (must be proficient in English, basic reading/writing Korean)
