The brand distributes clinically certified skincare products and hopes to share these cutting-edge products being pioneered in Korea with the world. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Meet sales goals and objectives for key account.
– Incorporate retailer insights and point of differentiation for each retailer into the North America strategy and action plan.
– Sales review & analyze.
– Sale and stock forecasting & planning.
– Working with marketing team & design team closely to control account effectively.
– Manage life cycle of sales orders from forecast to fulfillment (PO, EDI, order entry, & booking, etc.).
– Create, maintain and generate seasonal allocation promotions, coordinating with Sales and Marketing as needed.
– Manage and forecast the inventory management.
– Provide product information and availability on customer by customer basis.
– Performs other related duties as directedQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
– 3-7 years’ experience in sales, cosmetic & beauty industry.
– Successful sales experience in meeting and exceeding goals.
– Strong understanding in main beauty channels in US/Canada.
– Knowledge of skin care, cosmetics.
– B2B and direct relationship with merchant/buyer experiences required.
– Familiar with cosmetic regulation in North America market.
– Enjoy meeting and interacting with people and demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
– Understanding Marketing and SCM.
– Ability to review and analyze Stock & Sales Plan.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to present effectively and credibly to client.
– Outstanding sales capabilities, sales analytics.
– Ability to analyze data and make determinations to proactively identify business opportunities.
– Demonstrated reliability and dependability in previous work history.
– Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
– Strong problem solving skills and team player.
– General computer operation with centralized financial systems and proficiency in use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
– Experience working with Sephora is plus.
– Bilingual in French or Spanish is plus, but not required.BENEFITS
