    저희 회사에서 Sales part을 담당하실 Sales manager를 모십니다.

     

    저희 회사는 압입시험이라는 신기술을 이용하여 steel의 mechanical properties를 non-destructive test로 평가하는 장비를 생산 및 판매를 하고 있습니다. 한국에 본사를 두고 10여년 영업을 진행하던 중에 작년 미국으로 진출하였고, 이후 예상보다 따른 업무 진행으로 Sales part의 강화와 전문성을 위하여 다음과 같은 경험이 있으신 manager분을 모시고자 합니다.

     

    지원 자격중 주요 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

     

    – Oil & Gas 관련 sales 경험자 (3~4년 이상) 또는

    – 고가 장비 물품 판매 경험자 또는

    – Mechanical  testing machine 판매 경험자

     

    필수사항으로는 언어부분으로 한국어보다는 영어가 native인 분을 원하고 있습니다.

    Title : Sales Manager

    Based at: FRONTICS AMERICA Inc., Des Plaines, IL

     

    FRONTICS AMERICA Inc is a US distributor of FRONTICS Inc in Korea. We use Instrumented indentation test to analyze and develop mechanical properties on steels and equipment with these applications is produced. This technology is published under ISO/TR in 2008, ASME code case in 2011. It also has collected numerous US patents. FRONTICS was established in 2000, and to broaden the aspect of sales market our US office was established in 2012. Currently, we are focusing in the field of Indentation test market. We are hiring for a Sales manager who can breakthrough our new market target. Please apply if you are interested in pursuing your goals with us

    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

     

     

     

    Key responsibilities and accountabilities

           Search new market and potential customer

           Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans

           Complete sales-related and marketing administrative projects

           Maintain with the implementation of Marketing and Sales Activities

           Work with Director and other internal partners to develop and share internal communications and scripting for sales communications and reporting

           Maintain various marketing and administrative assignments

           Maintain customer database information

           Primarily working with management of Sales Team to define customer needs and objectives which will further assist in automating functions and streamlining operations while continually improving customer services

           Plan and carry out direct marketing activities including making cold-calls, emails, follow-ups, setting-up the meetings, follow-up meetings, etc.

           Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing materials which includes presentations, articles, brochures, product information etc.

           Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

     

    Requirements

           Sales experience in Testing equipment

           Sales experience to Oil & Gas industry

           3-4 year general sales experience or training in marketing or sales preferred, but willing to make exception for the right candidate

           Highly self-motivated in learning new tasks with a great work ethic

           Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired

           Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills and demonstrate excellence in customer service, phone skills and client support

           Must be sensitive to the client’s needs and requirements

           Strong planning and organization skills

           Working knowledge MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint with string PC skills

           High energy level and strong work ethic and ability to work in a dynamic environment

           Base sales skills

           Excellent written and verbal communication skills

           Exceptional organizational and project management skills

           Must be a team player while having ability to work independently and self-driven projects

           Well-built skills in organization, prioritization and time management with multi-tasking ability

           Must be punctual and extremely reliable

           Native English Speaker, the understanding of Korean language is preferred but not mandatory

           US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
