SUMMARY: This is a full time position that provides coordination and assistance in all aspects of business development prospects for North America by coordinating with senior sales managers, legal, finance, operations and corporate in Seoul.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
1. Sales
- Validate potential projects, coordinate internal review, and follow up with visits
- Assist senior sales managers in developing strategy to win projects
- Organize and coordinate responses for prequalification and proposals to clients
- Coordinate corporate sales team, legal, commercial and operations
- Responsible for complying with internal pursuit approvals for independent SEA jobs
- Process sales orders through the SAP business system
- Assist sales management with formulation of sales strategies and yearly budget
2. Marketing
- Gather early project information and industry news
- Develop and update project long list and short list based on outside database
- Lead in the development of sales and marketing database
- Manage sales and marketing activities log
- Assist in conducting market study
3. Reports (both routine and ad hoc)
- Biweekly sales and marketing report
- Ad hoc reports for corporate marketing division and various project teams
Job RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High analytical ability is required
Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
5+ years experience in sales or marketing preferred.
Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
