We are an electronic part purchase and sales company established in 2006. Parts include IC (integrated circuits), connectors, boards, etc. These parts are used in from majority of electronics we are using currently to machinery and equipment in industries and even military.
The company is located in Irvine, California and business hour is 8 am to 5 pm.
Job Duties:
– Receive quote requests from customers
– Obtain actual quotes from various brokers and suppliers by contacting email or phone call
– Send back the actual quotes to customers
– Receive purchase orders from clients who accepts our quotes
– Negotiate final price with brokers or suppliers and place orders to them
– Receive shipment from brokers and suppliers on time
– Prepare and send shipment back to customers
– Prepare invoices and collect payments
– Keep track of quotes, orders, shipments and paymentsRequirement
– High School Degree Required
– Background Check will be performed
– Must be fluent in both English and Korean
– Must be residing in California (for having face-to-face interview)Pay Rate
– $12/hour + Performance Incentive (based upon the range of Net Income)H1-B Visa Sponsorship
