Hyundai Translead is a leading manufacturer of dry and refrigerated van trailers, domestic containers, container chassis and converter dollies for the North American transportation industry. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Create sales orders in SAP
• Create and organize files for sales orders
• Create VIN numbers in SAP
• Email sales order to customer and follow through to confirm order
• Distribute sales orders and revisions to appropriate personnel
• Input sales and customer information in spreadsheets
• Create and send MSO’s to customers
• Customs documents for Canadian shipments
• Documents for commission paid to outside dealers
• Update production dates in SAP according to production schedule to ensure MRP is running correctly
• Assist in coordinating distribution of invoices for trailers with Accounting and Sales
• Revisions and clarifications for cost changes and sales orders
• Update sales order file with signed confirmation of revision or clarifications
• Maintain communication with the sales directors and customers regarding the trailer specifications
• Submit quoted trailer specs and prices to management for review and approval
• Update quote with upper management’s approved selling price
• Email selling price and trailer spec sheets to customer or sales directors
• Create and maintain customer’s quote file for new quotes
• Request manual or pro forma invoices when necessary
• Review and advise payment applications with accounting
• Input and maintain invoice numbers in VIN log spreadsheet
• Answer incoming calls from customers and co-workers
• Assist Managers, Sr. Managers and VPs in other duties as needed
• Assist with reports for supervisors and customers
• Maintain and order office supplies for trailer sales department
• Perform other duties as assignedRequired:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to our manufacturing plant in Tijuana, MX as needed, as well as work overtime.
• Knowledge and or use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word and outlookPreferred:
• 1 year of administrative work experience in office environment
