Business System Analyst Business System Analyst role involves support, analysis, and documentation of logistics system implemented with SAP package. Serving as a liaison to IT developers, you will be the point of contact for user support, to resolve daily system/operational issues and to coordinate system/process changes for improvement Responsibilities: • Identify & resolve various SAP system operational issues for reverse logistics operations • Support and lead the systems-related components of the requirements gathering • Participate in system design processes for system changes • Serve as escalation point of contact for operational users • Perform tests for new changes and provide support during deployment in production • Provide training & documentation for changes in system • Manage technical issues by working closely with IT team Requirements: • Deep understanding of business processes in logistics and warehouse operations • Deep understanding of SAP LE, WM module • Minimum 2 years' working experience with SAP • Working knowledge of design & development of complex system integrations • Bachelor's degree in any discipline related to logistics, Computer Science or Business Administration • Bilingual - Korean/English 2. E-Commerce Logistics Manager Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage eCommerce logistics especially B2B (Home Appliance commodities) in warehouses and delivery in order to develop strategies to improve speed of orders and service quality and to reduce costs • Develop and maintain periodic reports and KPIs and ensure operational excellence • Play a critical role in P&L reviews and strategic planning/forecasting • Hyper focus on increasing picking efficiency to increase operating margin for all e-commerce orders • Negotiate prices with service providers for warehouse operations and deliveries • May have managerial responsibility with one or more team members reporting into the role Qualifications: • Min. 5-year relevant experience in e-Commerce logistics • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing/Business Admin) • Strong proficiency in store and warehouse operations. Comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce and supply chain management • Relevant/related work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) • Clear and concise communication skills (excellent verbal, written and email communication skills, strong relation-building skills) • Prioritization, able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties • Solid leadership skills. • Authorized to working in the US • A good attitude and ability to work in a team setting • Well organized and good follow up skills • Able to sense urgency and know when to escalate for assistance • Able to create and maintain professional relationships with customers and carriers • Business travels may require in the US • Calm and confident, always maintain a friendly disposition even (and especially) under pressure I agree to the terms of service Update List
