Repair Technician

Repair Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing 3D printer issues. Maintaining accurate repair records and communicating with shipping and support is crucial.Primary Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair 3D printer issues.
Build and repair sub-assemblies and full machines
Identify worn and defective components
Keep thorough records on repairs and work completed
Maintain high quality standards for mechanical work
Perform visual inspections on completed printers to ensure quality standards are met.
Proactively look for areas to improve service quality and implement solutions
QualificationsExperience building, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical assemblies
Skilled with hand tools: Drills, drivers,
Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Excel
Linux/Ubuntu experience a plus
Detail Oriented and pride in keeping an organized work space
Ability to follow Work Instructions
Familiar with LEAN or Six Sigma a plus
Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures and specifications.
No disciplinary infractions, and have an above average attendance record
Physical Requirements:Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
Kneeling, Squatting, bending, pushing/pulling
