Donghee America, Inc. is a Tier 1 supplier that manufactures plastic blow-molded fuel tanks for OEM’s HMMA and KMMG. We are located in Auburn, AL., and we are currently hiring for the following position:

Job title:
– Quality Control Specialist Entry Level(until fulfilled)

Qualification :
-Bachelor’s degree(engineering preferred but not required), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Bilingual (English-Korean – writing, leading, speaking)
– MS office
– 3D, 2D drawing reading(preferred)
*OPT card holder may apply (H1 , E2 visa sponsor – Company pays cost)

Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. APQP (Advanced Production Quality Plan- new vehicle)
2. Process audit regarding FMEA, CP
3. IATF 16949 base quality process management
4. Root cause analysis, continual improvement
5. Internal NCR issue and countermeasure effectiveness check
6. Quality lab calibration scheduling
7. Monthly performance report
8. Periodic reliability test.
9. Lean Management
10. Cost of poor quality
