AP Plasman은 Honda, GM, KMMG등 완성차 업체 및 Tier 1에 자동차 외장용 도장품을 생산 공급하는 캐나다 회사입니다. 저희 회사에서 품질 엔지니어를 모십니다.근무지:Fort Payne, ALOur ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with good communication skills and would be responsible for the following:• Formulates and maintains quality objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.• Plans and oversees the analysis, inspection, design, test and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.• Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.• Reviews all data obtained during all quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.• Develop new and where applicable utilizes current approaches to solve problems identified during quality activities.• Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities in house and possibly at the Customer.• Investigates and addresses customer complaints regarding quality in a timely fashion.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience within manufacturing quality related area with preference give to those with 1-3 years of Quality Engineering experience.• Advanced communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and time and priority skills.• Ability to meet deadlines and to maintain focus on quality deliverables/ project milestones and proven ability to perform in a high pressure environment.• A proven track record of clearly demonstrated leadership and assertiveness skills.• Experience in automotive industry highly preferable.• Experience in paint applications related to processes / systems for plastic automotive parts required, with knowledge in injection molding an asset.지원서류:영문이력서
