Role and Responsibilities
• Quality Management : Validates customer quality issues and assign corrective responsibility
• Corrective Actions : Prepares corrective actions on quality issues
• Root Cause Management : Investigates root causes of in-process or customer concerns
• Training Planning : Trains quality inspectors according to annual training plan
• Inspection Management : Performs periodic inspection in accordance with the schedule or as needed
• SPC : Performs SPC (Statistical Process Control) based on control plan or annual schedule
• Analysis : Analyzes quality performance index, quality cost matrix, etc
• Equipment Management : Controls and responsible for calibration of measuring instruments

Skill and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or 3 years related field experience with BA degree required
• Three years of process improvement experience preferred
• An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal, communication skills
• Capability to perform multi-tasks
• Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD required
