Our rapidly growing in-vehicle infotainment division has an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to join our dynamic organization.

Position Summary

Position will be focused on automotive electronic products (eg AV, AVN, RSE, etc) responsible for development supports, quality check, warranty analysis and coordinating improvement initiatives. The position will provide quality-assurance support to ensure that the product is built in accordance with quality requirements. The position ensures quality requirements are met on assigned products, programs, areas and functions and anticipates in the review of manufacturing, test and supplier documentation to ensure that those requirements are fulfilled. Duties include a review of process procedures, test procedures, procurement documents, quality manuals and inspection analyses.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
	Monitor field performance 
	Perform installation of in-vehicle infotainment systems, electronic parts
	Manage returned part analysis activities
	Assess legitimacy of warranty claims and provide data for payments and disputes
	Provide data analysis reports for management 
	Verify effectiveness of corrective actions
	Track corrective actions and work in progress
	Discuss warranty issues and corrective actions 
	Provide input for lessons learned to future designs based on warranty experience
	Provide inputs on warranty costs for new business quotes
	Provide support to customers/dealers
	Communicate with Headquarter Quality Teem in Korea
	Traveling required
Position Requirements
	Bachelor of Science in Engineering or other technical discipline preferred
	3+ years of experience in the in-vehicle electronic parts industry (Audio, infotainment  preferred)
	Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines
	Experience with data analysis tools, a plus
	Experience with installation of in-vehicle electronic parts industry, a plus
	Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide a logical judgment of potential solutions
	Proficiency with MS Office programs
	Bilingual in English and Korean
