Job Title: QA Administrator
Location: Adairsville, GA
Reports to: Sr. QES Manager
Objective: LG Hausys America, Inc. a subsidiary of LG Hausys Ltd in South Korea is looking for a QA Administrator at our GA Plant in Adairsville, GA. Role Description and Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
• Monitor risk management activities.
• Implement 4M change management.
• Implement 3A/5S Activity System
• Manage Inspection group activities & standards
• Manage QC Group activities & standardsISO 9001 – Quality Management System
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• Responsible for document management systems.
• Identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards.
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.Quality Control & Reporting
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products.
To ensure finished product quality.
• Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma
• Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
• Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
• Product or industry-specific experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirementsKey Competencies
