Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Responsible for communicating and implementing change as directed. • Responsible for ensuring that all health and safety requirements are in compliance in accordance with Company policy and Federal /State Regulations. • Responsible for negotiating and organizing Customer Service • Responsible for maintaining records relating to level of inventory for the related materials and parts • Responsible for ensuring that all resources are utilized efficiently. • Responsible for administrative duties required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved. • Responsible for coordinating with each production management officials • Responsible for motivating associates through effective personnel management • Responsible for ordering the parts properly by using the Customer Plan. • Check the Customer plan as received from Sales Team weekly, and adjust the order if necessary. • Check the Inventory level to make sure to keep safety stock at all the time by adjusting the order. • Schedule and update the delivery date and time efficiently. Must coordinate with warehouse team to make the proper schedule. and must notify warehouse if there is any parts with new or Eng. changes. • Check daily/weekly/monthly usage and confirm if there will be any shortage on parts • If there will be any shortage within 21 working days, you need to report to Assist Manager and Manager right away • After reporting shortage, establish emergency countermeasure and monitoring the inventory every day until resolve the issue. Must confirm if the part has been arrived • the Daily closing(GR,IR,Invoicing / Accuracy between SAP and WMS) • If there is any error on SAP, must resolve at the same day(GR/IR) • When 4M is changed on parts, must notify to warehouse to separate them, follow the FIFO • Must work together with warehouse team to achieve the daily task for the Team. • All incoming and outgoing email must be shared with MGR. • If there is any extra cost occurred for any transaction, must notify to MGR. • Be active at all time. • Regardless you are the first responsible person for the part shortage. You must take action in order to prevent the part shortage. If there is any part shortage due to wrong info, you must investigate why and do the proper procedure in order to prevent the future part shortage. • Assist Purchasing Specialist I in order to perform the job duty correctly.
