Work with an Automotive OEM to maintain and update mobile applications.

Salary Range: $100k-150k

PM/BA Help items

Project management

–          Help maintain updated project schedule for all apps

Mobile App Store admin

–          Pulling & processing weekly download metrics (iOS, Android) 

–          Management of test app distribution (iOS, Android)

–          Management of Provisioning Profiles & devices

–          Pulling customer reviews, ratings and comments

–          Processing of HCCC app questions from customers

Documentation management & generation

–          Help maintain latest version of PRD/BRD documents for apps

–          Help generate and maintain BRDs/PRDs/Functional documents for existing and future apps

o   (Bridge Agile development process into Waterfall, since Agile development that most developers including Medl and Covisint follow isn’t understood by OEM)

–          Record internal app requests from the business (requests for adding features into mobile apps, requests for new app ideas, etc.)

–          Processing/compiling app overviews (including bugs, issues, feature change requests, open items)

–          Draft / review contracts

Take Meeting Minutes and Action items

–          Daily meetings

–          Vendor meetings

Must be fluent in English and Korean
