Our client company provides body shop tooling and engineering services to automotive manufacturers in the North America and is one of leading tooling supplier of automotive body shop in the world.1. PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate robotic production projects with the company and its customers.
• Thoroughly review customer specifications and project proposals.
• Meet customer described time lines and project objectives throughout the various program phases.
• Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
• Responsible for the primary customer contact and have technical expertise for overall project management, including but not limited to tool process, design buy-off, and build integration of the project.
• Management of installation and Commissioning at the Company and customer plant(make installation plan, check the progress, conference with customer, etc.)
• Confer with project staff to outline the work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
• Prepare project reports for management, client, or others. In addition, candidate will work to continually strive to improve quality, delivery, cost, and safety.
• Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Other engineering
• 0-6 years of experience in design or processing work for automotive assembly tooling / welding systems, in addition to robotics and assembly related skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal/ communication skills
• Computer skills : MS-Office / MS project / AutoCAD
• Ability to travel for service and installation, both nationally and internationally.2. CONTROL ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
• PLC control design of automotive body shop tooling
• Prepare and review control designs and related control specifications
• Draw check and solve design issues during manufacturing
• Communicate and coordinate with customer for control engineering
• Project schedule and progress management
• Travel for service, installation, start-up and debug for complete integration at the customer’s siteRequirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in electric engineering
• Knowledge on PLC programming languages, operator interface programming languages and hardware design.
• 3 years or more of control design and project management experience specializing in automotive body shop tooling
• Excellent organization skills with strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCADBenefits:
