Assist and work together with the program team in providing smooth flow of programs and projects for individuals with developmental disabilities. Actively support in planning, coordinating, and executing the programs and projects and its outreach effort. This position reports to the Program Specialist.Responsibilities:
The following are descriptions of responsibilities but are not limited to:Managing incoming program applications of students and volunteer
Maintaining and keeping track of students and volunteers’ attendance, training records, and extracting survey data
Communicating with parents and teachers in coordinating program activities and logistics
Co-planning and coordinating logistics for after school programs and awareness projects
Actively supporting and engaging in fundraising events
Reaching out to regional centers and other organizations to promote our center and our services
Coordinating events with external organizations
Bringing awareness to the communities and educating them about developmental disabilities
Assisting in the management of main website, newsletters, Facebook, and Instagram
Supporting Early Intervention ProjectsQualifications
· Able to work full-time (40 hours)· Must have a valid driver’s license and a car
· Major In education, special education, and social work or related field preferred
· Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
· Open to OPT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
