General Job Description Provide day to day contact to customer during the design, development and launch phases. The Program Engineer will develop and direct the design of the components. They will be the first point of contact with the customer regarding design concerns. 2. Key Roles and Responsibilities - Overall responsibility of product design and release - Give Design Engineers directions on customer’s design - Understand customer requirements and create internal product requirements - Create BOM based on customer requirement - Participate in internal and external product development meetings and lead closure of design concerns - Develop DFMEA with Domestic Cross Functional Team - Participate with the Global Cross Functional Team during the development of PFMEAs, Process Flow Plans, Control Plans - Develop product GD&T with customer and plant input - Approval of math data release (3D, component drawing, 11x17 drawing) from Design Engineer - Able to review and analyze PV-D/PV-E test results and to provide necessary engineering solutions - Lead design review and product design creation with Global Cross Functional Team - Able to communicate with customer and internal team members effectively - Support sourcing activities (BOM, tech reviews, specification, etc.) - Supplier contact for locally sourced components - Support all phases of builds from early prototypes to PPAP - Understanding of legal requirements - Domestic and International travel required as needed 3. Job Requirements Work Experience -7-9 years as a Program Engineer - Product experience - Must have experience in vehicle exterior lighting Education BS Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in MS Office products - FMEA knowledge - Previous product experience - Completed a course in GD&T - Knowledge of product regulations - Basic CATIA/UG knowledge - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tool design - Completed a course in 3DCS and Six Sigma a plus - Strong organizational skills - Able to set priorities - Must be legally eligible to work in U.S viviank@proactureconsulting.com 으로 이력서를 보내 주십시요. 감사합니다.
