Role and Responsibilities
• Inventory Management & Tracking : Oversee and maintain inventory of semi-finished and completed parts
• Process Analysis : Evaluate production processes, results, and downtimes to improve efficiency
• Operational Support : Contribute to the efficiency of production operations
• Equipment Management : Manage and procure equipment needed on the production floor
• Production Planning : Prepare and distribute daily production plans, and review daily results
• Engineering Changes : Manage and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) as needed
• Corrective Actions : Address recurring manufacturing issues affecting quality and efficiency
• Process Improvement : Participate in and implement productivity improvement initiatives
• Cycle Time Analysis : Analyze cycle times, downtimes, and productivity for each line

Skill and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Less than 2 years of experience as a Production Specialist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a participative management style
• Results-driven with sound judgment and the ability to balance business needs
• Korean / English bilingual preferred but not required
