Now Editing “Production Control Specialist” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at <strong>Job Summary:</strong> Coordinates the production, storage, and shipment of all manufactured items at the facility; Manages databases, communicates with customers, performs employee audits, and provide customer support with regards to order information. <strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong> - Manage the overall supply chain activities which contain, production planning and scheduling, production sequencing, process controlling and completes product delivery. - Establish and execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual production schedule for the product, after service parts and imported parts based on demand plan. - Develop and manage production control system to continually improve productivity. - Manage production control department’s general administration activities which contain Budget, KPI, Safety, and Subcontract. - Analyze and solve problems related to various production situations. - Assist and oversee the set-up of overall process control activities. - Manage and improve related process and system. - Other duties as assigned. <strong>Skills/Requirements:</strong> - Strong verbal and written communication skills and show strong managerial, administrative, and leadership qualities. - Candidate must have experience and be familiar with the several types of production planning, scheduling, sequencing and controlling the product, after service parts and imported parts. - Requires a thorough understanding of vehicle demand and manufacturing process. - Requires an analytical skill using sales/production data for forecasting and decision making. - Experience with production control system development and improvement activities. - Good personality and a willingness to work with a diverse department and adapt to cultural differences. - Possess the flexibility to work overtime, weekends, summer and winter shutdown periods and holidays as required and be on-call as needed. - Must have no restrictions on domestic or international travel. - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines as required. <strong>Education/Training/Experience:</strong> - 5 years or more experience in data entry, scheduling, and communications required. - Previous automotive manufacturing experience preferred. <strong>Software skills required:</strong> - MS Word - PowerPoint - MS Excel - MS Access Interested candidates should apply at https://easyapply.co/a/5292759e-0b04-423d-a49f-847bf5872c30 I agree to the terms of service Update List
