Based on accumulated technology and customer trust, it is pursuing 'a futuristic first-class company that respects humanity'. <strong>Position Overview:</strong> Production Control Manager is responsible for production planning and materials management function related to the planning, procurement, storage, controlling and distribution or quality materials and products. <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> • Manage proper production control planning and scheduling programs to meet forecasts • Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems to meet business objectives • Coordinate with Supervisor to develop production plan and determine workflow requirements. • Maintain production control system in compliance with ISO/TS 16949 requirements and customer specification • Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions • Work with other team members and management to control failure cost (internal failure cost/field claims/customer downtime cost, etc.) • Monitor production process and respond to issues that arise • Create, enter, and maintain part information for new/current customers. • Work with management and other appropriate team members to understand and advise on capacities to minimize past due orders and unneeded capital investments • Analyze, plan, and manage production control activities to improve runtime • Plan inventory management technique to avoid any shortages and excesses. • Plan and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations. • Work with materials, manufacturing and purchasing departments in identifying and resolving production planning problems. <strong>Requirements:</strong> • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) • Prior experience in production control in the automotive industry • Minimum of 5 years of experience • Thorough understanding of ISO/TS 16949 Requirements • Experience and understanding of Lean Manufacturing method • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word required <strong>Benefits:</strong> • Health Insurance • PTOs • 401K <strong>Resume sent to:</strong> job@iseecareers.com www.iseecareers.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
