will work across teams and is directly responsible for the product roadmap,
definition, and delivery of mobile commerce products.책임 및 요구조건·
Assist with development of product strategy and
roadmap for mobile commerce platform that covers mobile payment, mobile wallet,
and mobile marketing and offer capabilities including innovative concepts that extend
the product suite and infrastructure·
Conduct market analysis and report revenue generating
opportunities based on competitive landscape and customer demands·
Develop business cases and return on investment
justification for new products, product enhancements, and upgrades·
Drive all aspects of the product development
lifecycle including ideation, planning/scoping, defining requirements, design
and development, testing/QA, product launch, customer care support, and
reporting·
Develop best practices for mobile commerce product
offerings and collaborate with other internal groups·
Assist with writing functional requirements for
mobile commerce products·
Generate and evangelize new ideas based on new

At least 5 years’ experience with technical product
management in a technology industry, preferably mobile commerce·
Demonstrated success and ability to drive and define
product requirements through the development life cycle·
Experience in e-commerce product development is a
plus; experience in financial services industry or professional services
offerings is also acceptable·
Highly-motivated, strategic thinker with stellar
communication skills and ability to be diplomatic to reach consensus and buy-in

Experience with producing product roadmap writing
crisp, clean, thoughtful functional requirements·
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

and planning, architecture design, and system specification of the company’s
mobile commerce infrastructure. This position requires solid knowledge of
mobile, web-based, service-oriented architectures, enterprise service bus,
scalability concepts, analytics, and solid coding and design skills. This
position will establish and maintain technology standards, evaluate new

or related degree·
10+ years of development experience focused on
systems architecture; at least 5 years in a leadership role·
Proven expertise and experience developing large,

Mobile, web and application server expertise·
Solid understanding of network, application, and data
security best practices·
Experience with multiple application frameworks·
Experience with SOA/Enterprise Service Bus Development and Implementation·
Expertise with architecture design and diagram skills
and system documentation·
Clear, effective communication capabilities working
across diverse teams·

Technical Writer will create and maintain technical documents for mobile
commerce platform.책임 및 요구조건·
Creating and maintain user manuals, features and
function overview documentation, system administration guides, architectural
overview documentation, and configuration and integration guides.·
This position will also provide technical documents
related to TSM, Mobile Wallet, Coupon and Offers, and other products related to
the business. The Technical Writer may also contribute to the knowledge base
and assist with white papers.
학력 및 경험·
BA/BS degree in English, Technical Communication or a
related field·
At least 5 years of experience developing end-user
and specification documentation in a software environment or technology setting·
Adept skills in all aspects of technical writing,
content gathering, development of documents, and related tools·
Banking or telecommunications experience preferred·
Knowledge of data security and payments processing
preferred
