    Job description for PES (Director Level)

    1. Account Name : Product Engineering Services (PES)

    2. Location : Seoul

    2. Job Description : Practice Manager is responsible for taking the PES proposition to all industry verticals in the region

    – He/ She will be measured on revenue, practice development, market /account penetration, market growth and customer satisfaction parameters

    3. Profile Description

    – 10+ years of experience with an Engineering degree & preferably with MBA

    – Understanding & Knowledge of:

    o Fair understanding of IT services business.

    o Should have experience in – Automotive infotainment, SoC, Digital TV, Mobile device, Communication, Android

    o HW & SW development life cycle

    o A person who worked with big account such as Hyundai, Samsung, LG

    – Sales Management experience with strong technical background:

    o Excellent understanding of sales management process for IT services

    o Ability to spot opportunities for product development services and make proactive sales pitch with the objective to win.

    o Ability to develop new account

    o Ability to write or guide/support others in writing a winning proposal.

    o Ability to build and manage relationship at customer’s VP/Director level executives (through customer calls, conduct meetings, presentation, etc)

    o Ability to assess situations in a sales cycle and devise appropriate strategies to win

    – Account/Territory Management experience:

    o Ability to create good account/territory plans & execute the same

    – Marketing exposure:

    o Ability to devise & execute demand generation plans and marketing programs.

    o Target orientation and strong intensity to win

    o Excellent communication skills (Oral and written) along with presentation skills

    o Need to work in a team environment – strong sales leadership with interpersonal relationship skills
