Hyundai Translead is a leading manufacturer of dry and refrigerated van trailers, domestic containers, container chassis and converter dollies for the North American transportation industry. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare & process reports and data for “Strategic Sourcing Project”.
• Maintain Future Price files and VC Pricing in SAP.
• Process material returns to suppliers.
• Process all MRB Items.
• Maintain BOM release plan.
• Maintain suppliers NAFTA Files.
• Maintain C/O’s.
• Maintain BOM costing files for sales.
• Maintain records of all shortage reports for further analysis.
• Assist the Head of Department on preparation of various reports as needed.
• Maintain vendor’s files and purchasing records.
• Maintain good internal relations with other departments.
• Identify and analyze transaction errors.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the upper management team or company.

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to our manufacturing plant in Tijuana, MX as needed, as well as work overtime.
• Knowledge and or use of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
• Experience in purchasing.
• Degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of SAP.
