Summary
The Process Engineer will participate in optimizing productivity and sustainability of production through high level of technical knowledge while ensuring stable mass production quality & PD improvement through recipe setting, spec aligning, process capability management, and high quality defect improvement based on a technical understanding of the process and equipment

Role and Responsibilities
• Productivity Analysis: yield and overall equipment efficiency of assigned process and department
• Troubleshoot: ensure highest yield and overall equipment efficiency
• Quality Analysis: to provides corrective actions
• Regulation Compliance
• Proroduction Improvement
• NCM Handling
• Maintain Cleanliness

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience
• Six Sigma Knowledge, MS Office Suite, Written and verbal communication skills, Organizational and multitasking skills

Experience
• 3-6+ years of experience in production technology related job or equivalent, relevant experience
