Customer Service Representatives & Management . Daily Order entry and order tracking . Communicate with Customers by Phone and E-mail . Multi-tasking and Detail oriented Basic Requirement . Must be proficient in English (reading and writing) and Korean Bilingual . Must be able to perform basic computer tasks such as email, internet, MS Office, and at least 40 WPM typing speed. .
