Job Description

Position Title : Sales Admin

Job Summary : This Position is responsible for the sales staff by utilizing the sales information system to monitor new accounts sold to ensure successful delivery during each sales cycle and provides future account support.

Principle Responsibilities :
1. Proper collection and allocation of sales and shipping documents.
2. Invoicing clients and processing invoices for sales related costs.
3. Assist sales team in maintaining new business status reports and updated.
4. Collect and process orders reviewing accuracy of information; pricing, fees, item numbers, etc.
5. Keeping in touch with clients, customs agents, shipping companies, etc. during delivery of client’s orders.
6. Liaise between sales staff and management.
7. Communicate with headquarter teams regarding product, customer and shipment issues.
8. Support of new product launch teams in various assigned roles within the commercial spectrum of project activities.
9. Daily use of SAP
10. Reconcile credit card statement of sales staff for sales related expenses.
11. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications :
1. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
2. Bachelor’s Degree
3. Possess effective communication skills both verbal and written (English/Korean)
4. Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Ability to learn, comprehend and apply new concept quickly
6. Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customers
