1. Position: Project Manager
​*Job Description:
-CAD
-​Oversee all documentation on projects
-Work closely with management, architects, clients & vendors
​-Maintain & update files through our filing system
-Develop fee proposals and project schedules in response to RFP’s and other opportunities
-Develop and communicate expectations on each project for achieving client’s satisfaction
-Oversee and participate in the design and project delivery process
-Develop and monitor project schedules and budget

2. Position; Designer
-CAD (MIN 5years)
-3years of experience with Commercial, Residential & New buildings

#Requirements;
-Bilingual (English/Korean)
