    GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

    We are seeing a motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team to assist management of construction projects with a focus on industrial HVAC and plumbing systems.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Review contract documents and identify scope of work.
    Formulate project budgets.
    Manage mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing systems).
    Manage budget, track project expenses, and take appropriate actions to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget.
    Complete detailed estimates for project-related changes.
    Continuously evaluate job progress and ensure compliance with project milestones and completion dates.
    Adhere to best safety practices and ensure a safe working environment.
    Maintaining professional and timely communication with the general contractor, subcontractors, and other company divisions and affiliates.
    Supervise project engineers and field personnel.
    Monitoring daily time sheets and activity reports.
    Efficient scheduling of field personnel and subcontractors.
    Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices.
    Prepare project invoices and billings.
    Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of personnel.
    Requisitioning materials and equipment as needed.
    QUALIFICATIONS

    5 to 10 years’ experience in HVAC and plumbing
    Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    Knowledge of construction methods and building codes
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction plans and specifications
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

    Fluency in Korean (oral and written).
