3. Requirements
• Bilingual English & Korean (Native for writing and reading)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Administrative Experience with 0-2 years (Entry Level+)
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to understand Operation of Production Processing Service
• Knowledge of Payroll Processing Program
• Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
• High degrees of resourcefulness, problem-solving, and initiative
• Demonstrated ability to adapt, keep pace and manage quickly shifting project needs
• Ability to manage high volumes of payroll data and input
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites especially for excel spreadsheet
• Passion for and commitment to company’s mission
• Commitment and ability to do work using a team approach with diverse staff
• Legally eligible to work in US & No Sponsorship for Visa
Perform general administrative duties—such as filing, copying, faxing, mailing, reviewing correspondence, answering phones, and other tasks, as needed
