Nexon is seeking a Korean Instructor (Contractor Assignment)!

He/she will be expected to provide basic, intermediate and advanced
Korean language instruction to employees in a classroom setting.
Position includes preparing course materials and developing a curriculum.
This position is a part-time (approximately 4 hours/week) 1099 Contractor assignment and is expected to last minimum 3 months. 
Based on student enrollment, assignment can extend beyond 3 months. 
All classes will be taught out of our Los Angeles office (El Segundo). 

Major Responsibilities:

• Providing a verbal and written assessment test to new
  students to determine their Korean proficiency level
• Develop and deliver language courses from beginner
  through advanced levels, focusing on translation, grammar,
  aural comprehension, reading comprehension, and
  non-standard language usage
• Creating a curriculum based on each student’s Korean level
  (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and providing Korean
  instruction in a classroom setting on the day(s) and hour(s) determined by Nexon HR Team.
• Classroom preparation and materials will be provided by the Instructor.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a native or fluent Korean speaker.
• At least two years teaching experience.

• Teaching certificate plus.
  Professional demeanor; courteous, responsible, creative, and positive disposition.
