Position: Operations/Business Assistant Manager

Responsibility:
– Stores and Corp building Lease administration
– Operations Support and Property management
– Business Project management

Qualifications:
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple internal employees and external professionals
(site acquisition professionals, architects, engineers, land planners, attorneys other consultants)
toward fulfillment of common network goals
– Must possess a strong leadership, problem solving and multi-task skills
– Experience in site acquisition, property management, managing capital/expense
budgets (finance), and contract negotiations
– Bilingual in English/Korean required.
– Eligible to work in the U.S.
– We also welcome and are willing to train people with no experience
