It provides its customers with warehouse operations, material handling, quality containment & consulting, and contract assembly. Founded in 2007 by automotive professionals, it has provided on-site driven services to numerous OEM, tier-one and two automotive suppliers including: Hyundai, Hyundai Glovis, Hyundai Kefico, Metaldyne, ElringKlinger, Mahle, and etc.
Position Overview:
• Develop and maintain best practice in our client work area through appropriate communication between management and
Operation Supervisor and required training for Operation team members.
• Protect Customer by preventing downtime with the continuous improvement activities and utilizing problem solving
techniques
• Assist Operation Manager in overall aspect of Operation department activitiesResponsibilities:
• Ensure all operation is planned and executed to Customer plan
• Develop/review operating standards, procedure, and company policies and make recommendations for improvement for
overall operation aspect
• Responsible for training, coaching and monitoring performance of Operation Team
• Ensure appropriate and required training is complete and properly documented for all associates
• Responsible in-time and accurate report of operating performance (OEE) report such downtime, quality, attendance, safety,
etc.

• Build teamwork and maintain positive morale among Operation TeamRequirements:
• College degree or equivalent
• Intermediate or above knowledge on warehouse operation & material control
• Basic knowledge on labor relations, safety and quality requirement
• Interpersonal and communication skill with strong leadership
• Demonstrate reliability, dependability and good work ethics
