Fast-growing online wholesale marketplace in Downtown Los Angeles seeks hard working, motivated, e-commerce customer service manager. This individual should also have a desire of being customer-centric and devoted to creating an incredible shopping experience for our online customers.
Responsibilities:
– Align customer service policies and systems to match the company’s objectives
– Develop short- and long-term solutions for improving the quality of customer interactions
– Find ways to motivate and incentivize the team
– Create and maintain reports of team progress
– Surface and suggest solutions for problems
– Build strategy for the department to accommodate growth and expansionDesired Skills and Experience:
– Bilingual in English & Korean
– 2+ years of online customer service experience or online marketplace (ex. Amazon or eBay) seller experience.
– 1+ years of leadership experience in a relevant role
– Sense of accountability and follow-through
– Excellent communication skills
– Eye for detail and commitment to excellence
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
