인사담당자/사무관리자 업무내용
• 사무실운영에 필요한 기초적인 총무 및 인사업무수행
• 사무실운영 및 공장건설에 따른 기초적인 업무보조 및 정보기록 및 관리업무
• 사장을 비롯한 스태프들을 위한 각종 예약 업무 수행 및 일정관리
• 회사와 업무적으로 관련이 있는 업체와 회사간의 coordinate업무수행
• 외부회계사와의 coordinate업무수행과 소요경비지출, 자금 계획작성 및 관리, 은행업무, 급여 및 tax지급 등 자금의 입출금취급 및 관리업무지원 자격
• 한국어/영어로 자유로운 의사소통
• 2~3년의 인사과 경력 우대

Oh Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a US-based manufacturer and distributor of UK Injection Kit (Full Kit) and Half Injection Kit (Half-Kit), more commonly known as Ready to Use Injectable in US. Oh Pharmaceutical successfully obtained the patent for its UK Injection Kit in 2012. The UK Injection Kit, produced by using a fully integrated manufacturing system, has superiority in safety, design, simplicity, cost effectiveness and environmental friendliness compared to other competitors in IV bag market.
Oh Pharmaceutical is in the process of constructing its first cGMP manufacturing facility in Crown Point, IN and plans to expand its market in US, Canada, Europe and South America.
HR Coordinator/ Office Administrator Job Duties
• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Assists with basic administrative and HR related duties
• Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases on the construction of facility
• Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
• Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts between the company andcontractors
• Works closely withaccountant and assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
• Prepares monthly budget tables and is responsible for managing banking, payrolls and taxes
• Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply ordersHR Coordinator/ Office Administrator Job Requirements/Qualification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English
• Background in Accounting or Commerce is an asset
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Highly organized and flexible
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
