We provide Korean SMEs with office space as well as marketing, law, tax and accounting consulting services. □ Job Title: Office Administrator/Receptionist ㅇ Responsibilities including, but are not limited to : - General accounting including A/R, A/P, quarter settlement report using SAP/ERP - Performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks for the office - Accurately maintain databases; organize and maintain files and records, electronic and physical - Maintain reception duties and tasks including greeting, directing visitors and phone calls - Perform Other related duties as require ㅇQualifications / Requirement : - Solid communication skills in English and Korean. (both written and verbal) - Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
