The company recognized the potential commercial synergy between these bio businesses and the proprietary PHA biopolymer technology pioneered by Metabolix/Yield 10 Biosciences. <strong>Position Overview</strong> The Office Administrator is responsible for coordinating office services and activities, which includes but is not limited to portions of Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources and Office Management. <strong>Responsibilities</strong> - Set up the annual budget plan, communicate with HQ for the budget plan, and manage the budget - Analyze and control expenditures of the location to ensure conformity of budgetary requirement - Prepare purchase order requests, purchase orders and payment requests to ensure appropriate cost centers and authorizations using company software - Prepare, review, and track purchase orders, price changes, and system updates - Assist with inventory control - Monitor quality of goods by reviewing costs, schedules, timeliness of delivery, and conformance to specifications; - Correspond with vendors regarding credit, returned goods, tax exempt and the Accounting team regarding payments, invoicing - Prepare and submit monthly purchase lists; - Act as the primary contact between Human Resources and employees at the Woburn facility and coordinates interviews - Conduct new hire orientation, including new hire paperwork, training, benefits enrollment - Coordinate with Human Resources department on payroll, benefits, workers compensation, and risk management as necessary - Maintain all office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing and maintaining filing systems; creating supply requisitions; managing mail, etc. <strong>Requirements</strong> - Comprehensive understanding of the cross function such as purchasing, HR, Finance to support R&D programs - Detail-oriented and well organized record keeping and budget managements - Knowledge for basic analysis of purchasing, budget, and HR performance Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Korean - Effective collaboration skills to support team members with diverse cultural backgrounds - Computer skills - Microsoft Suite, SAP, etc. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field - 3~5 years of related work experience <strong>Benefits</strong> - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability - 401(K) - Paid Time Off <strong>Resume sent to:</strong> job@iseecareers.com www.iseecareers.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
