Office Administrator Job Duties • Manage day-to-day office operations • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases on the construction of facility • Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff • Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts between the company andcontractors • Works closely withaccountant and assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses • Prepares monthly budget tables and is responsible for managing banking, payrolls and taxes • Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders • Assists with basic administrative and HR related duties Office Administrator Requirements/Qualification • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English • 2 to 3 years of experience in human resource position is preferred • Background in Accounting or Commerce is an assets • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy • Highly organized and flexible • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines • Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software For more information on the company, please visit www.ohpharma.com For any inquiries and applications, please send your cover letter and resume to info@ohpharma.com Thank you.
