Position Classification: Recruiting Specialist (In-House) Department: Recruitment Reports to: Recruitment Manager Location: Norcross, GA Pay Rate: DOE <strong>Position Overview</strong> The recruiting specialist will be primarily responsible for a variety of duties encompassing candidate and client management for direct hire recruiting and staffing accounts. <strong>Responsibilities</strong> Prospect qualified candidates and solicit resumes/applications through advertisement of jobs and headhunting Make all necessary efforts to communicate with possible candidates (e-mail, phone) Assess qualifications and cultural “fit” of candidates through phone screenings Prepare summary of qualifications of candidates to present to clients Provide advice and coaching to candidates, including interview prep. Coordinate schedules with candidates and clients to arrange interviews Keep candidates engaged throughout entire recruitment process--promote positive candidate experience Build relationships with candidates and maintain within pipeline Craft job descriptions/ads for job postings as needed Post and manage job ads on company website, company social media pages and various job boards accordingly Develop and maintain various marketing strategies to develop and retain candidates and clients (e.g. mass mail campaigns, social media marketing, job fairs, etc.) Monitor performance of sourcing methods and prepare reports Work with sourcing vendors to improve performance as needed (e.g. Indeed, JobKoreaUSA) Explore other options for soliciting resumes/headhunting and present data to upper management Develop new direct hire accounts nationwide and staffing clients in northern Georgia Maintain client relationships through various forms of communication Ensure compliance of all designated staffing accounts and corresponding employees Walk staffing employees through hiring process and application process including troubleshooting Coordinate in office drug screenings or arrange for employees to visit other authorized facilities and submit report and receipts Run e-verify, S-2, and ESS reports as necessary Verify all necessary application steps have been completed before a staffing employee starts work, including collecting all required documents (e.g. I9 supporting documents) Coordinate all necessary activities and communications between staffing employees and staffing clients Maintain/manage candidate, client, and job requisition information within ATS/CRM database (Avionte) Read/organize/respond to e-mail correspondences and phone calls Participate in scheduled and non-scheduled meetings Other duties or special projects as assigned <strong>Requirements</strong> Bachelor’s degree (non-major specific) Bilingual in Korean and English Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office) and tech savvy Strong communication skills (written & oral) Attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Ability to problem solve and prioritize Ability to assess and respond to various situations uJoynus is an equal opportunity employer - See more at: http://www.ujoynus.com/jobs/387#sthash.aFga1sEL.dpuf I agree to the terms of service Update List
