On October 5, the Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for November 2007. Compared to last month, there is no change in the bulletin for employment-based immigration. The “cut-off” dates for EB-1 remain “Current” for all chargeability areas. The following are the specific “cut-off” dates:
For people born in mainland China:

EB2: January 1, 2006
