Case Summary:

Evaluation: Before initiating the attorney-client relationship, we carefully evaluated our client’s credentials to establish if he qualified for a green card. We used these figures, along with additional evidence that we had gathered, to convince the USCIS that our client’s investigations contribute to the American combustion industry, specifically in terms of furthering the nation’s understanding of various environments, such as those found in soot-forming processes. Our NIW petition also included a copy of our client’s Ph.D. in Chemistry and its corresponding transcripts—to prove that he is equipped with the theoretical knowledge and skills to conduct outstanding research.
Refining and Submitting the Petition: After several months of carefully compiling everything we needed to present a strong case to the USCIS, we prepared a well-worded petition letter to summarize all of our findings. We then submitted the comprehensive NIW petition packet on our client’s behalf and waited for a verdict from Texas Service Center. As is clear from the publication of this success story, they approved our petition.
