- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean to effectively communicate with 
all levels of counterparties, internal auditors and regulatory examiners
- Demonstrate change management and leadership skills with the ability to make decisions based on facts presented, using sound judgment
- Must maintain the confidentiality of all information received and distributed.
- Self-motivated individual that is detail oriented and can accurately complete work within required time frames under minimum supervision.
-Must possess the ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and document those findings in a clear and concise report.
-Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job.
-Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
-Back office experience and analytical capability in financial institutions is a plus
