    Responsibilities:

    -Assist in planning and implementing IT solutions.

    -Troubleshoot day-to-day problems in office network.

    -Perform basic system and network administration tasks.

    -Identify and record requests for technical support coming through phone, e-mail or other media.

    -Perform basic troubleshooing of common problems.

    -oute problems to appropriate staff for advanced troubleshooting.


    Requirements:

    – Bachelor’s degree

    – Must be fluent in English

    – Must be eligible to work in the U.S

    – Computers Skills: Basic knowledge or experience in Network, OS(Window XP and Window 7) and any other technical experience in computer will be plus
