Position: Network System Administrator
This position supports the windows infrastructure across the data center and remote facilities including Window Server, Active Directory, IP Phone and Camera.
This position will also assist the installation, maintenance, and general support of various enterprise applications and related technologies.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software Main Activities
• Perform common administration tasks for users and computers in Active Directory
• Determines appropriateness of moderate equipment changes or modifications, including wires, switches, equipment and installation of communication circuits
• Install workstations and servers, which includes: OS installation at workstation and server level for Windows
• Provide network access to all staff and remote users
• Provide help desk support, which includes: network accounts, passwords, Remote VPN, e-mail management, application installation/support and other user activities
• Troubleshoot IP phone and camera in subnet
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
• Troubleshoot all technology issues in both workstations and servers

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a central office(Basics of Fiber optics wires & trays, T1, IP Phone, Ethernet cables & connectors)
• Computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Implement IT Security Policies and Guidelines within their area of responsibility
• Computer viruses and security
• E-mail and internet programs
• Computer troubleshooting

Skills and Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Window Server & Network Administration
• 3+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows Server(with Active Directory) and network technologies.
• Knowledge of Windows 7/2008/2012, Active Directory, Backup systems, Service Pack, Group Policies, patches management, etc.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a central office or data center environment (Basics of Fiber optics wires & trays, T1, IP Phone, Ethernet cables & connectors, and etc.)
• Good understanding of third party applications (Office, Adobe, Antivirus, etc.)
• Ability to install and administer workstation and server OS and systems
• Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and other networking technologies
