General Duties:  

Responsible for installing, configuring, administering, and maintaining network routers, switches, firewalls, IPS, and Juniper SSLVPN.  Responsible for maintaining current documentation of corporate and IDC networks.

Experience/Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 5 years of technical experience – firewalls, VPNs, routers and switches.

·         Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred but not required.

·         Experienced designing and integrating Cisco networking products into a multi-site MPLS network.

·         Experienced in day to day operation of Microsoft Active Directory environment.

·         Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Engineer (MCSE) preferred.

·         Excellent troubleshooting skills.

·         Wide understanding of popular networking technologies and best practices.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written).

·         Ability to interpret, analyze and create network diagrams.

Essential Job Functions:

·         Responsible for internal and customer network support.

·         Provide customer technical support.

·         Responsible for as-built drawing accuracy installed and proposed networks.

·         Perform on-site installation and support of company-developed networking products and systems.

·         Support network and system applications remotely for all company sites.

·         Other tasks and duties as needed to support the customer.
