Hyundai Power Transformers, USA industries has located its first American manufacturing plant in the Montgomery, Alabama area. The plant manufactures 105 to 765 Kv class large power transformers.
Seeking resumes for the position of:
Network and System Administrator Specialist

Position Summary:
The primary objectives of this position are to administer, oversee, and troubleshoot IT software and hardware including computer, network, server, and storage equipments.

Responsibilities:
• Install and/or upgrade hardware and software on servers/clients
• Administer Servers (Active directory, Exchange), EMC, Cisco Network, and telephony systems
• Troubleshooting and helpdesk Computers and Software Issues
• Analyze root cause of problems and establish the prevention measures
• Perform regular full and incremental back up of all systems and servers
• Research, develop, test, and implement new networking functions, technologies, applications and/or systems
• Research, develop, execute policies and procedures necessary to maintain efficient operations of the current system and networks

Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Computer Science/Information Systems
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
• Hands on experience with Windows Server 2008 or higher and Exchange 2010 or higher (Active Directory and Group Policy of Server, Configurations of Exchange)
• Virtualization technologies (VMware preferred)
• Knowledge of Windows7 and Microsoft Office 2007, 2010 and general desktop support issues
• Understanding of network system and technologies
• Knowledge of EMC SAN and NAS storage devices
• Good verbal/written communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning and interpersonal skills

Relocation is available to “experienced hourly and salaried applicants” with power transformers experience. All positions are full time and eligible for HPT benefits which include 100% company paid Short Term Disability, LTD, AD&D, 2 x annual salary life insurance, and 80% company paid BCBS of Alabama health, dental, and vision insurance. After probationary period the company observes 9 holidays, up to 2 weeks paid vacation and 401K plan with company match amounts subject to plan rules.
